1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Geozation AI platform and our Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Scope of Services

Geozation AI provides strategic optimization, citation building, and analytics designed to improve brand visibility across generative AI engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity). While we utilize proprietary methodologies, we do not guarantee specific ranking outcomes due to the dynamic nature of AI algorithms.

3. Pricing & Payments (Euros)

All payments for services, subscriptions, audits, and API usage are charged exclusively in Euros (€).

• Invoices are generated monthly or annually based on your enterprise tier.
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice receipt.
• We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue Euro (€) balances.

4. Intellectual Property & Data

You retain all rights to the proprietary content you provide to us. We retain all rights to our proprietary GEO algorithms, platform dashboards, and optimization methodologies. You grant us a limited license to process your public brand assets solely for the purpose of executing the agreed-upon GEO strategy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Geozation AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from changes to third-party AI platform algorithms.
